1. What we do
Regulatory Radar monitors certified regulatory changes within our declared monitored coverage and evaluates them against the service profile you provide, so we can notify you of changes that appear relevant and show you your regulatory state, evidence references and history. Every regulatory change we release to customers first passes our certified verification and release gate. Our coverage is bounded and is described in the platform.
2. We are not your lawyer, accountant or adviser
Regulatory Radar is not a law firm, accounting firm or financial services provider. We do not provide legal advice, taxation advice or financial advice, and using our service does not create a lawyer-client or adviser-client relationship. Where your circumstances call for professional advice, you should obtain it from an appropriately qualified adviser.
3. Our service depends on your information
Our evaluations are based on the service profile information you give us. If that information is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, the output may not suit your circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing what we provide and making sure it reflects your business.
4. Bounded coverage — no guarantee of compliance or outcomes
We monitor a declared, bounded set of regulatory sources. We do not guarantee that our coverage is exhaustive, that we will identify every change relevant to you, that you will be or remain compliant, that any regulator will approve or register you, or that you will avoid regulatory action or penalties. Where evidence is incomplete we fail closed — we hold content back rather than present unverified material. We are not a substitute for the applicable regulatory authority, and we are not responsible for decisions made by any regulator.
5. Laws change
Laws and regulatory guidance change over time. Regulatory Radar monitors for changes within our declared coverage and notifies you of relevant ones, but it is not a substitute for specialist advice where your situation requires it.
6. You remain responsible
You remain responsible for meeting your own obligations under the laws that apply to your business and to your regulators. Our role is to support your awareness of relevant regulatory changes, not to assume your obligations.
7. Consumer law
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
